Mr. Yan is the Chairman and President of China Chengxin International Rating Co., Ltd (“CCXI”), the leading company of China’s credit rating industry.

Mr. YAN serves as the Assistant Dean of the Economic Research Institute of Renmin University of China, as well as the Vice Chairman of China Macro Economy Forum. He is also a distinguished Advisor of MBA education center at the Graduate College of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. As an expert in microeconomics and credit rating, Mr. Yan has authored numerous articles and books in China's macro-economy, debt market and credit rating.
