Santiago "Santi" F. Dumlao, Jr. is founding director and convenor of ACRAA, and has been its Secretary General since the organization started in 2001. He was President of PhilRatings and continues to serve in its Board. Currently, he chairs the Market Governance Board of Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. overseeing the Philippine fixed income securities market.
