Ms. Irmawati Amran is the President of the Indonesia Credit Rating Agency (PEFINDO). Before joining PEFINDO in November 2023, Irmawati had a career for almost 30 years at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and served as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of The Indonesia Capital Market Institute. Irmawati held many important positions during her career at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. As a Senior Executive Vice President of IDX, Irmawati was responsible for developing IDX products and information technology-based systems, developing the retail investor base in Indonesia, and developing start-up companies for IPO.

Irmawati Amran obtained a master's degree in financial management from the University of Indonesia in 1999.
