COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE

Communication Committee performs the oversight functions over the design and use of the ACRAA website, in coordination with the website administrator; also plans the content of the website and acts as the gatekeeper for content contributions to the website in order to assure the proper and effective use of the ACRAA website. Communication Committee also takes charge of planning for and implementing print publication projects of ACRAA as these may be decided upon from time to time.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

Membership Committee makes the first-step evaluation of applications for ACRAA membership and makes recommendations to the Board to accept, reject or take other actions on the applications. Membership Committee also monitors compliance by ACRAA members of the ACRAA Code of Conduct and is responsible to encourage continuing observance of the highest standards of conduct among members; and to propose revisions/additions to our ACRAA Code of Conduct.

NEW HORIZONS COMMITTEE

The New Horizons Committee is tasked to make proposals for ACRAA programs and projects which will include ideas on fund-raising to support long-term continuing activities; and ideas on how to make ACRAA more relevant to the current interest of its members.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

Regulatory Committe primarily represents ACRAA in official dealings with regulatory authorities as regards regulatory policies and actions which affect or may affect ACRAA members, collectively or individually, positively or negatively. Also to act as the focal point of ACRAA advocacy positions.

RESEARCH AND SPECIAL STUDIES COMMITTEE

Research and Special Studies Committee conducts research and special studies relevant to the concerns of ACRAA, as the Board may direct, notably the current Defaults Data Study (DDS).
